What Readers Are Saying

Real reactions from readers on Amazon and Goodreads.

This book was so good! The writing was amazing and left you out of the loop in the perfect times and put you right back in when needed.

It deff puts you through it then leaves you stranded. My heart broke so bad for Ellia. She just wants closure from a past that left her almost 💀. She falls for her bodyguard and his best friend and they almost get their happy ending but the past always comes back. Leaves you on a cliff hanger for the next book*
Which i cant wait to read!!

This book destroyed me. Repeatedly. But it was worth it.

I read this in a day because I couldn’t put it down.
This is the second book in The Scattered Souls Trilogy and it is just as deep, dark and haunting as the first one. Maybe just a little more so.
Ellia survived the shooting at Obsidian- but at what cost? They are still in hiding, still basically on the run. And she brought Cedar and Arik into their mix, much to the displeasure of August and Jax (at first). There are still so many secrets that everyone is hiding, from Ellia, some from each other. A whole new dynamic is formed in their house and with a shifting dynamic comes tension that ends up letting secrets out. And that is when catastrophe happens. Not to mention betrayal.
I just know I can’t wait for the third and final book. Because I need to see how this story ends. Whether it be a happily ever after or more heartache.

OMG, this book ripped my heart out. Our FMC has trauma and emotional issues, but she is strong and focused. Our MMC's are obsessed and morally gray in the best way. This book has twists and turns and will leave you hanging. Can't wait for the next one and now I need the physical copy for my shelves.
